Zenlings Inner Strength Lab

The mental fitness program for female athletes ages 13–15 to build calm, confidence, and resilience under pressure.

For driven girls who are succeeding on the outside but feeling pressure, overthinking, and self-doubt on the inside. This program gives them the tools to stay calm, trust themselves, and show up with confidence in sports, school, and life.

Led by Greer Holloway: Former Division I athlete and certified mindfulness and breathwork coach.

From someone who’s been there…

Hi, I’m Greer, founder of Zenlings and a former Division I athlete at the University of Notre Dame.

Growing up, I was a high-achieving athlete and student who looked confident and put-together on the outside. But internally, I struggled with anxiety, pressure, and constant overthinking that no one really saw.

I cared deeply about my performance and what others thought of me. I pushed through stress because that’s what high achievers are taught to do, but I was never given the tools to actually manage it.

That pressure followed me into college and had a much bigger impact than anyone realized.

It wasn’t until after college that I learned the tools I now teach, including breathwork, nervous system regulation, and practical mindset skills. I remember thinking how different things could have been if I had learned this earlier.

That realization is why I created Zenlings and the Inner Strength Lab.

Today, I’m certified in youth mindfulness and breathwork and focused on teaching mental fitness in a way that is practical, modern, and relevant to today’s athletes.

My goal is simple. To give girls real tools they can use to:

  • Stay calm under pressure

  • Build true, lasting confidence

  • Recover quickly from mistakes

  • Feel steady and self-assured in sports, school, and life

This is not therapy, and it is not about being calm all the time. It is about building mental strength and resilience before stress turns into something bigger.

I created Inner Strength Lab because so many high-achieving girls are carrying pressure quietly, and they deserve better support.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m excited to support your daughter in building confidence and strength from the inside out!

  • Puts pressure on herself to perform in sports and school and takes mistakes harder than she lets on

  • Holds herself to high standards and gets visibly frustrated or upset when things don’t go as planned

  • Looks confident and capable to others, but you can tell she is carrying stress underneath

  • Gets stuck in her head before games, tests, or social situations and has a hard time relaxing

Behind the scenes, you may notice she is:

  • Replaying mistakes long after they happen and struggling to move on

  • Being hard on herself, even when she is doing well

  • Putting pressure on herself that she does not always talk about

  • Lying in bed with her mind racing or having trouble fully unwinding

  • Second-guessing herself and hesitating instead of trusting her instincts

This program is for the girls who…

What she will gain

By the end of 8 weeks, your daughter will have tools for:

  • Calming nerves before games, tests, or big moments

  • Building real, internal confidence

  • Recovering quickly from mistakes

  • Your daughter will learn what is happening in her brain and body when she feels anxious or overwhelmed, so pressure becomes something she can understand and manage rather than fear.

  • She will develop simple, effective breathwork and regulation tools she can use before games, tests, and high-pressure situations to feel more steady and in control.

  • Your daughter will learn how to interrupt overthinking patterns so she can stay present and focused instead of getting stuck in her head.

  • She will begin to shift the way she speaks to herself, replacing self-criticism with thoughts that support confidence and performance.

  • Your daughter will learn how to build internal confidence so she can show up fully without feeling like she has to get everything right.

  • She will develop the ability to reset quickly after mistakes so one moment does not impact her confidence or performance.

  • Your daughter will learn how to use these tools across sports, school, and friendships so she can navigate pressure in all areas of her life.

  • She will leave with a clear, repeatable system she can use to stay calm, focused, and confident in any high-pressure situation.

  • Improving focus and mental clarity

  • Handling pressure in a healthier way

  • Creating her own pre-performance routine

Each week includes guided breathwork or visualization to help athletes regulate stress and stay steady under pressure.

Learn & Apply: Mental Skill of the Week
We teach practical tools to manage pressure, challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen confidence, and improve focus in real time.

Reflect: Rewire Negative Self-Talk
Through guided reflection, athletes identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with stronger, more supportive beliefs.

Connect: Safe Community & Support
Girls share, listen, and grow together in a space that builds belonging, courage, and emotional resilience.

Weekly Real-Life Challenge
