For driven girls who are succeeding on the outside but feeling constant pressure and anxiety on the inside. They’ll learn practical tools to manage stress, build self-trust, and grow into confident, resilient humans.

From someone who’s been there…

Hi, I’m Greer, founder of Zenlings and a former Division I athlete at the University of Notre Dame.

Growing up, I was the kind of athlete and student who worked hard, followed the rules, and looked like I had it all together. I cared deeply about my performance, my grades, and what other people thought of me. From the outside, I seemed confident, capable, and successful.

But internally, I struggled with a lot of anxiety that never really got addressed.

I was constantly putting pressure on myself, overthinking mistakes, and feeling nervous before big moments. I pushed through it, because that’s what high achievers are taught to do. But without real tools to manage stress or regulate my emotions, that anxiety followed me into college and had a much bigger impact on my experience than anyone could see from the outside.

It wasn’t until after college that I finally started learning the kinds of tools I now teach—breathwork, nervous system regulation, and practical mindset skills. And I remember thinking, why didn’t anyone teach me this earlier?

These are the kinds of skills that can completely change a young person’s experience… but only if they learn them before they reach a breaking point.

That realization is a big part of why I created Zenlings and the Inner Strength Lab.

Today, I’m certified in youth mindfulness and breathwork, and I’ve spent years studying nervous system regulation, movement, and performance-focused mental skills. I teach these tools in a way that feels practical, modern, and relevant to today’s athletes.

My goal isn’t to turn girls into perfectly calm, unshakable robots. It’s to give them real, usable tools so they can:

  • Handle pressure in a healthier way

  • Build true confidence

  • Recover from mistakes

  • Feel more steady and self-assured in sports, school, and life

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not about being “zen” all the time.
It’s about building mental strength and emotional resilience… before stress turns into something bigger.

I created Inner Strength Lab because I know how many high-achieving girls are carrying pressure quietly, and I want them to have the tools I wish someone had given me much earlier.

The 6 Week Journey:

Week 1: What’s Actually Happening When You Feel Pressure
Understand how your brain and body respond to stress so anxiety feels less scary and more manageable.

Week 2: How to Calm Your Body in Real Time
Learn simple breath and reset tools to steady your nerves before games, tests, and big moments.

Week 3: Quieting the Inner Critic and Strengthening Focus
Recognize negative self-talk patterns, reduce comparison, and train your mind to stay present and locked in.

Week 4: Confidence Without Perfection
Challenge limiting beliefs and begin building confidence rooted in character, not outcomes.

Week 5: Strengthen Emotional Resilience and Self-Trust
Shorten emotional spirals, recover from mistakes, and learn to trust yourself even after setbacks.

Week 6: Your Personal Calm and Confidence Game Plan
Create a repeatable mental routine that combines regulation, belief, focus, and self-trust for sports, school, and everyday life.

Athletes build a mental toolkit they can use for the rest of their lives… including tools to regulate nerves, challenge limiting beliefs, and strengthen self-trust.

How the program works:

Cohort 1 Details

  • 6-week live online program

  • Starting: April 8th, 2026 at 6pm MT / 8pm EST

  • Female athletes ages 13–15 (may allow other ages on a case-by-case basis)

  • Small group: Max 12 members per cohort

  • Weekly 60-minute Zoom sessions

  • Weekly parent summary emails

  • Before-and-after intake/scorecard to meet tailored goals

  • Zenlings Inner Strength Toolkit (digital resource)

A weekly space to reset, connect, and grow.

Every session follows a proven Zenlings rhythm designed to help girls regulate, reflect, build skills, and connect in a way that feels supportive — not overwhelming.

Each 60-minute session includes:

Move: Somatic Reset
We begin with intentional movement to calm the nervous system and shift athletes out of overthinking and into their bodies.

Breathe: Nervous System Training
Each week includes guided breathwork or visualization to help athletes regulate stress and stay steady under pressure.

Learn & Apply: Mental Skill of the Week
We teach practical tools to manage pressure, challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen confidence, and improve focus in real time.

Reflect: Rewire Negative Self-Talk
Through guided reflection, athletes identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with stronger, more supportive beliefs.

Connect: Safe Community & Support
Girls share, listen, and grow together in a space that builds belonging, courage, and emotional resilience.

Weekly Real-Life Challenge
Each session ends with a simple, actionable challenge so athletes actively practice their mental skills between sessions, not just during class.
