Zenlings Inner Strength Lab is a 6-week online program designed to help high-performing girl athletes ages 13–15 build the mental and emotional tools they need to thrive, on and off the field.

This program is especially for girls who:

  • Put a lot of pressure on themselves

  • Perform well but constantly feel stressed or anxious

  • Want to build inner-confidence and focus

  • Need real tools to manage their emotional wellbeing

The Lab was created by Zenlings founder Greer Holloway, a former Division I athlete at Notre Dame, who understands firsthand what it feels like to look successful on the outside while quietly carrying stress, pressure, and self-doubt.

This is the program she wishes she had as a young athlete.

Through weekly sessions, athletes will learn practical, science-backed tools for:

  • Managing stress and anxiety

  • Building confidence under pressure

  • Improving focus and mental clarity

  • Recovering from mistakes and setbacks

Greer is certified in mindfulness and breathwork and combines these tools with movement, reflection, and performance-focused mental skills in a modern, athlete-friendly format.

This is not therapy.
It’s proactive mental fitness for the modern female athlete.

Program includes:

  • 6 live weekly Zoom sessions (60 minutes each)

  • Starting Date: April 8th

  • Small cohort of 10–12 athletes (ages 13–15)

  • Practical tools for stress, focus, and confidence

  • Weekly parent summary emails

  • Before-and-after progress scorecard
