An 8-week mental fitness program for female athletes ages 13–15

Inner Strength Lab is designed for high-performing girl athletes who look like they have everything together on the outside, but internally are dealing with pressure, overthinking, and self-doubt.

This program is for girls who:

• put intense pressure on themselves to perform and feel like they always have to get it right

• get stuck on mistakes, replay them over and over, and struggle to move on

• are constantly in their head, overthinking games, school, and social situations

• appear confident on the outside but doubt themselves internally

• want to feel calmer, more confident, and in control of their thoughts and emotions

Why This Program Exists

Inner Strength Lab was created by Zenlings founder Greer Holloway, a former Division I athlete at Notre Dame.

She knows firsthand what it feels like to look successful on the outside while quietly carrying anxiety, pressure, and the constant need to be perfect.

This is the program she wishes she had as a young athlete.

Because most girls are never taught how to handle the mental side of pressure in sports or in life.

• Small cohort of 8–10 athletes (ages 13–15)
• Structured curriculum with a focused theme each week
• Practical tools for stress, confidence, and performance
