  • A 5-minute reset rooted in nervous system regulation she can use in stressful moments

  • A breathing tool backed by research to reduce anxiety in real time

  • How to interrupt the spiral using simple, science-based techniques

  • What to say when she’s overwhelmed (so you actually help, not make it worse)

  • A repeatable routine to help her stay calm and confident under pressure

This is for parents of female athletes ages 13–15 who:

  • Spiral before or after games, tests, or high-pressure moments

  • Struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt

  • Take mistakes really hard and have trouble bouncing back

  • Are always pushing themselves—but never feel like it’s enough

  • Look “fine” on the outside, but are overwhelmed underneath
